About the role

As our Design and Digital Content Specialist, you'll lead the creative direction for all campaigns and visual assets across our Junior, Senior, and High-Performance programmes. You will manage our digital channels, evolve our brand identity, and oversee a small network of freelance creators to deliver compelling, consistent content.

This is a hands-on role where your ideas will shape how we look, sound, and feel across everything from major campaigns and sponsorship activations to match-day moments and community stories.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative design direction and manage brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Create digital and print assets using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
  • Manage social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and grow engagement across platforms
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Oversee website content and performance, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Manage freelance photographers and videographers to deliver aligned, high-quality content
  • Capture photo and video content at key events when needed
  • Use analytics to inform digital strategy and optimise performance

This isn't your typical Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm role; given we are a sports organisation, weekend work should be expected.  However, we instill a high level of trust and work on flexi-time.

What you will bring

  • 3–5 years' experience in digital content, design, or marketing
  • Proven experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of social media management and content planning
  • Experience managing websites and improving digital user experience
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital strategy
  • Experience in photography and/or videography (preferred)
  • Background in sport or events (advantageous, but not essential)
