We're on the hunt for a Digital Specialist for our Wellington office.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The role works to ensure that digital product development and revenue opportunities are expanded including driving sales campaigns and trade initiatives, conducting in depth analysis of performance data & providing business insights to develop and implement customer-centric solutions. It will also be key to work to raise awareness and understanding of digital across the wider team.

**RESPONSIBILITES**:
As a Digital Specialist your goal will be to build relationships and educate clients about our platform and digital proposition, generating revenue through our unique suite of products and hitting your monthly sales targets.

You won’t shy away when discussing the full digital landscape including programmatic, SEM, social, SEO, lead generation and marketing attribution.

You understand the benefits of leveraging first and third-party data for more effective marketing solutions. Hungry for performance you’ll understand and optimise ROI from digital campaigns, and while you’ll lead in digital, you’ll have an understanding of and have previously planned and implemented multi-media campaigns.

Whilst based in our Wellington office, supporting the Wellington team, you will also provide support online to our teams in Kapiti, Manawatu, Wanganui, Wairarapa and Taranaki. There will be travel required from time to time to these markets.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:
Ideally you will have 1-2+ years of experience relationship based sales, digital media or digital sales and be a results-driven, strategic thinker.
