FoxPlan is a boutique financial services firm in Wellington CBD operating since 1996. The company that has over 7000 clients, offering a diverse range of Financial Services including Financial Planning and Accounting.

We are looking for someone to join our current team and assist with the service and support of our team in ensuring policy and compliance, oversight of staff liaison, HR and working alongside the other members of our Senior Leadership team to enhance both service and support for advisers, staff and clients. This is an interesting role with lots of variety.

About the Role:

Capabilities and knowledge which could support the appropriate applicant are: analytical thinking, financial services and / or product knowledge, relationship management, execution of mutually agreed expectations, positive attitude to systems and procedures, above average ICT competency, an understanding for the importance of office protocol and procedure.
