Based at their homes in a complex in Christchurch, you will:

  • Help empower our kiritaki/clients to achieve independence, inclusion and quality of life after a brain injury.
  • Work as part of a team, where no two days are the same. You will have the opportunity to positively influence people's lives while making a difference.
  • Work in partnership with the kiritaki we serve providing support to maximise independence, encourage choice, and participation in activities, adhering at all times to the values of the organisation and active support principles

  • Previous experience of support work and working with people with disabilities would be advantageous

We are an independent, charitable organisation driven to help our kiritaki achieve independence, inclusion, and quality of life after a brain injury. Through a full continuum of assessment, rehabilitation and support services delivered when and where they are needed, our highly skilled interdisciplinary team work with our kiritaki and their families/whanau to develop individualised strategies that equip them to find new pathways through life.
