Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.
About The Role
Ignite your career in logistics with a role that is at the very core of Reckitt's dynamic supply chain network. As a Logistics Analyst, you will delve into the intricacies of our distribution system, exploring innovative solutions and pioneering strategies that keep us at the forefront of the industry. You'll be the linchpin in our supply services, forging strong collaborations and harnessing data to drive efficiency. This role is a launchpad to influence and sharpen our decision-making process, helping us deliver excellence to the customers we proudly serve.
Your responsibilities
- Analyse a wealth of data to report on performance and spearhead enhanced operational procedures.
- Partner with internal teams and 3PL providers to streamline logistics operations, reducing costs and improving on-time delivery.
- Evaluate and implement top-notch inventory and data management systems to boost our warehouse infrastructure.
- Leverage business acumen to impact risk management, planning, and financial analysis.
- Drive continuous improvements through advanced analytics, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation.
The experience we're looking for
- A strong grasp of logistics within Supply Services with a knack for analytical problem-solving.
- Evidence of influencing change and elevating business procedures within a logistics context.
- Proven relationship builder, adept at collaborating with both suppliers and internal teams.
- Command of supply chain management, including practical experience in supply chain planning and logistics management.
- A track record of utilising advanced data analytics to refine business processes and enhance productivity.
