DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
We are seeking a driven and strategic professional to take ownership of nurturing key relationships with Fortinet and other strategic partners. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day business management of revenue and profit targets, ensuring consistent growth and performance. A key focus will also be the development and expansion of the channel through both existing and new reseller partnerships.

As the Senior Product Sales Specialist

  • Drive Fortinet-focused sales initiatives, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and manage strategic partner relationships, including high-value resellers and key accounts, in collaboration with Account Managers and sales teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Fortinet within Exclusive Networks, developing strong relationships across all levels of the vendor organization.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business planning and review sessions with Fortinet, ensuring alignment on goals, performance, and strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop lead generation campaigns, and implement sales and technical training programs for partners.
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline, and stock profiling, providing regular reporting and analysis to both Exclusive Networks and Fortinet.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you-
The ideal Senior Product Sales Specialist

  • High level of self-motivation and results orientation
  • Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of the IT channel and commercial challenges for distribution
  • Confident, warm, fun personality that works hard
  • Experienced presenting to senior level contacts
  • Clear communication
  • Analytical skills
  • Minimum 3yrs experience working in a business development environment

Partner Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong C-level relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive quarterly business planning with Account Managers and Vendor Channel Teams.
  • Support partner onboarding through training and cross-departmental enablement.
  • Deliver ongoing training on product updates and competitive positioning.
  • Support vendor-led initiatives, including end-user events and focus days.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for partner-related issues.

General Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships and effectively network across internal teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Tailor vendor messaging to suit technical, commercial, or financial audiences.
  • Take a research-led approach to meetings and opportunity planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate demos, quotes, logistics, and risk management.
