We're now on the hunt for an exceptional Office Manager — someone who keeps everything running like clockwork, supports our management team and field team, and brings great energy to the office every single day.
About the Role – 40 hours per week, salary up to $80,000 per year experience dependent.
You'll be the backbone of our operations, making sure everything in the office and field runs smoothly. From scheduling jobs and managing invoicing, to supporting directors and helping streamline processes, you'll play a key role in keeping our business performing at its best.
You'll also be the first point of contact for our customers — so professionalism, confidence, and warmth are essential.
What You'll Do
Operations & Administration
- Be the first point of contact for customers — professional, helpful, and solutions-focused
- Manage the office inbox, calls, and job scheduling for the field team
- Maintain records, process invoices and payments, manage GST & PAYE returns
- Track KPIs and performance data for operational reporting
- Support Directors/Operations Manager with calendars, meetings, and ad hoc projects
Process & Systems
- Streamline workflows and create clear systems and policies
- Support ongoing improvements across admin, reporting, and operations
Customer & Team Engagement
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns, client communications, and events
- Represent the company with integrity and positivity in every interaction
About You
You're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You love bringing order to chaos, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency.
You'll bring:
- Strong administrative and coordination experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confidence managing calls, inboxes, scheduling, and invoicing
- Proficiency with tools such as Xero, Fergus (or similar job management systems), Microsoft Office, and CRMs
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and high attention to detail
- Integrity, professionalism, and a "get it done" attitude
- A practical mindset, we are in the trade service industry
