We currently have a unique opportunity for an open minded and curious banking professional, to join our successful Growth Sectors team in Auckland, whose aim is to grow New Zealand's prosperity by growing New Zealand businesses and their people.

We sat down with the Head of Technology Industries who let us know the following about the role:

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

• Networking with frontline bankers and key industry stakeholders in our Growth Sectors

• Supporting ongoing strategy, project, proposition, and policy initiatives

• Support on design and execution of key projects and new propositions

• Business development, through networks (internal and external) and supporting thought leadership and content in relation to relevant Growth Sectors

• Supporting frontline bankers with originating, augmenting, and executing financing transactions and client relationships

You will be joining a truly supportive and collaborative team. Growth Sectors acts as a strategy, origination and growth engine for the Bank, allowing the opportunity to be curious and creative.

As the role has a nationwide focus, there are a lot of stakeholders both internally and externally, therefore success will be effectively influencing, managing, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve results.

What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships across BNZ, and the desire to be involved in activities across the business.
