Got a customer with a query, or someone in your inbox who needs a problem solved? You'll dig into our treasure trove of information and find the perfect solution, making customers purr with satisfaction.

Customer Advocate Extraordinaire:

You'll get to know our products, customers, and systems inside-out, becoming a passionate advocate for Shoof across every channel — phone, email, or online. Your mission? To make every interaction a great one and ensure our customers feel like part of the Shoof family.

Team Champion:

You'll be part of a tight-knit team of four on the frontline — supporting each other, sharing knowledge, and having a few laughs along the way. When times get busy, you'll be right there in the saddle with your teammates, backing each other up, sharing tips, and keeping things running smoothly.

Most of all, you'll guide our customers to the right products or the right person to help them out; in turn helping NZ'ers care for their animals with the best supplies in the business. After all, our tagline is "Making Caring for Animals Easy", and you'll be the voice that makes it happen.
