About the role:

We have permanent full-time opportunity to join our Wellington team as our Field Service Shift Supervisor, WW6. Your role is to ensure your team have the skills, tools and motivation to deliver in their roles.

Your team will cover Electronic Monitoring Field Officer and Patrol roles. They will be responsible for ensuring electronic monitoring equipment is correctly installed and working properly on people in the Community serving a non-custodial sentence, you and your team will attend to locations such as courts, prisons and residential locations, as required to conduct these installs or call outs.

Your team will also monitor client properties, attend alarm activations and general call outs.

This is an exciting fast-paced role where no 2 days will be the same.
