About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive Business Support Partner to provide high-level executive and administrative support within a dynamic organisation. In this role, you'll work closely with senior leaders to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.

This is a permanent position offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders.
  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate projects, business events, and key initiatives across teams.
  • Streamline administrative systems, tools, and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Support with research, data collection, and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern business systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs.
  • Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or a large corporate environment (advantageous but not essential).
