S & G NZ Limited, T/A Smart Supermarket, is located at Massey Auckland. We offer a wide range of groceries and other products that meet your daily needs. We now need a Marketing Officer to help us maintain our high standard. This is a full-time job with guaranteed hours of 30 hours per week.

This position involves the following tasks:

  • Conduct market research to identify target customer demographics and industry trends.

  • Compare prices of similar products sold by competitors

  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior to refine marketing efforts and improve customer experience.

  • Advising on product mix and pricing based on market research

  • Plan and implement promotion on selection range of products

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on promotion performance and adjust strategies as necessary.

  • Advising on selling and distribution channels

  • Maintain and enhance company's brand image across all marketing channels.

  • Other reasonable tasks required by management

To qualify for the job, you need to have:

  • At least two and half years of work experience in Marketing or Retail setting
  • You must be able to work during the weekend and till 9 PM at night.
  • You should be good at communicating.
  • You should have can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure
  • You should also be an organized person with good time management skills
