What you'll do:

As a Marketing Associate, you will support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing activity across residential and small business customer segments. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will bring campaigns to life across multiple channels, help roll out our new brand platform, and collaborate with the Marketing Automation and Brand teams to deliver smart, seamless customer experiences.

This is a hands-on and collaborative position, ideal for someone who enjoys managing detail, coordinating timelines, and keeping projects on track. You will partner with teams across product, digital, and customer experience to ensure every message is on brand, and every campaign delivers measurable results

Some of the key responsibilities are:

• Coordinate and support delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across retail customer groups.

• Prepare campaign briefs, manage timelines and assets, and work with the Marketing Automation team on campaign builds in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Ensure campaign messaging, creative and brand rollout activities align with business goals.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance, competitor activity, and key metrics.

• Collaborate across teams to uncover insights and improve audience targeting and engagement.

• Liaise with agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of creative and production work.

What you'll bring:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, or equivalent experience

• Around two years' experience in marketing coordination, communications, or campaign delivery

• Experience collaborating on brand and creative projects

• Excellent time management, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills, with strong attention to detail

• Confidence juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other automation tools (advantageous)

• A genuine passion for teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement
