Position Overview: 

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager with experience in delivering integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention and generate measurable results.

The successful candidate will blend analytical thinking with creativity and strong communication skills, enabling them to translate complex data insights into impactful end-to-end customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic campaign planning: Skilled in developing comprehensive marketing plans that leverage the right channels to deliver to objectives, understanding how to integrate them for maximum impact.
  • Design and execute CRM campaigns that drive customer retention and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with campaign analysts to translate raw data into actionable insights and compelling communications.
  • Conduct data discovery and briefing, understanding complex data structures and their implications for creative briefs.
  • Utilise research and customer testing to inform comms that resonate with customers and are easy to understand.
  • Project management: Proactively manage delivery of complex marketing campaigns end-to-end by setting up and maintaining project plans, timelines, working groups, stakeholder requirements, internal and external comms. Work closely alongside project teams to align milestones and requirements.
  • Stakeholder management: Proven ability to quickly build strong networks and effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, especially when navigating conflicting opinions and priorities.
  • Engage in robust discussions with analysts to define campaign data requirements.
  • Craft clear and effective customer-facing communications, simplifying complex ideas into digestible content. Understand customer segmentation and design tailored messaging for different segments.
  • Agency management experience: Experience briefing creative and media agencies, managing the creative development & feedback process.
  • Ensure a hight level of attention to detail in briefing, feedback, and ownership of impactful communications that resonate with target customer groups including complex, data driven, segmented campaigns.
  • Manage stakeholders across various teams (legal, brand, risk, product, marketing, and third parties) to align on campaign strategies, objectives, creative review and approvals.
  • Articulate how campaigns will drive tangible business results and present these insights to stakeholders.
  • Brief on campaign results reporting, critically analyse data, and develop insightful reporting packs.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, bringing problems and solutions to discussions while also thriving independently. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering complex data driven below the line campaigns, focused on growth and retention.
  • Experience with change, compliance or simplification communications would be a plus.
  • Strong logical and critical thinking skills with a comprehensive understanding of the business ecosystem.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple messages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including the ability to create graphs for reporting.
  • Experience in strategy development is a plus, though not essential for this role.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on data and metrics.
