Aroma (NZ) Limited is a leading New Zealand nutraceutical and wellness manufacturer supplying high-quality products to customers in both local and global markets. As we continue to grow our digital presence and international footprint, we are seeking an organised, proactive, and digitally savvy Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Christchurch-based team.

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, confident with digital tools, and ready to take ownership of meaningful work across multiple brands and channels.

About the Opportunity

Working closely within our Global Sales & Marketing team, you will be involved in campaign coordination, digital content updates, customer communications, analytics reporting, CRM administration, and the creation and management of sales and marketing materials. You will play a critical role in ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all platforms and that our partners have the right information, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Coordination

· Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions across digital, social, and trade channels

· Maintain accurate product, pricing, and content updates across online and partner platforms

· Prepare campaign assets, coordinate approvals, and track basic performance metrics

· Manage the distribution of marketing collateral and support co-operative marketing with trade partners

Digital & Email Marketing

· Update and maintain content on our Shopify websites

· Build and send HubSpot email campaigns, including segmentation and automation

· Schedule and publish social content across multiple brands, ensuring cohesive storytelling

· Monitor campaign performance and assist with optimisation initiatives

Analytics & Reporting

· Support monthly digital marketing reporting using Google Analytics and HubSpot

· Provide data insights to help identify opportunities for improvement

Sales Support & Customer Engagement

· Maintain sales reporting, product information, and customer data

· Respond professionally to B2B and B2C enquiries

· Support retailer promotions and trade show preparation

Team & Administrative Support

· Provide general office support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

· Work collaboratively within a small, motivated team

About You

· Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or similar (preferred)

· –2 years' experience in marketing coordination or sales support (advantage, not essential)

· Confident using digital platforms; experience with Shopify, HubSpot, or Google Analytics highly desirable

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines

· Curious, proactive, creative, and keen to learn

· Interested in wellness, supplements, or pet health industries
