Collections Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Collections Coordinator to oversee the operations of our Collections Department. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency of our logistics processes and the productivity of our team. The Collections Coordinator will primarily focus on coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and leading a team of pickers, with whom they will work closely to maintain optimal department function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily operations of the Collections Department.
- Develop and maintain rosters for the team of pickers, ensuring adequate coverage and efficiency.
- Oversee the logistics of collections, including planning routes, scheduling pickups, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the pickers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software for logistics and scheduling.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift license is not required as this role is primarily computer-based.
