What You'll Be Doing

As the senior support in the team, you'll take ownership of:

  • End-to-end commercial renewals
  • Daily administration across commercial accounts
  • Direct client interaction
  • Guiding and mentoring a junior support team-members

This role is ideal for someone who loves being the backbone of a commercial team and wants a stable support position working in a friendly, approachable team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of Broker Support experience
  • Strong understanding of SME and commercial products
  • Confidence managing client queries independently
  • A positive, mature, team-focused approach
  • Someone who enjoys a relaxed, humour-driven environment
