Your Key Responsibilities

As a strategic enterprise Workflow and Automation BDM, you will:

  • Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives across large enterprise clients.

  • Identify, pursue, and close complex sales opportunities that align with Ricoh's digital transformation solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions.

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting, contributing to business planning and growth.

Your Skills, Attributes & Experience

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is an expert in strategic and enterprise-level sales, with a proven track record of success.

  • Is sales-driven, motivated by results, and thrives in a competitive environment.

  • Can demonstrate high sales performance through metrics, awards, or achievements.

  • Has strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex client needs.

  • Is customer-centric, with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Brings experience in selling technology, managed services, or digital solutions (preferred).

  • Is confident, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
