About the Role

We're after a sharp Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst to lead Ricoh's data strategy. You'll drive BI initiatives, build analytics solutions, and support smarter decision-making across the business—especially in the evolving print tech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Ricoh's BI strategy and align it with business goals.
  • Build and maintain BI platforms, dashboards, and reports.
  • Translate business needs into actionable data insights.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify trends, issues, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support AI-driven automation and analyse outcomes.
  • Promote data literacy and BI adoption across teams.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL (querying, data extraction, and manipulation), Data modelling (designing and optimizing data structures), Data visualization (creating dashboards and reports), Power BI (developing, publishing, and maintaining BI solutions)
  • Proven experience designing and managing data warehouses and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in the print industry, including print management solutions, workflows and customer requirements, is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of print workflows and customer needs.
  • Understanding of data governance and privacy.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a customer focus.
