Tower is undergoing a significant technology transformation to enable its strategy of becoming a digital disrupter. This includes significant investment in the automation space.

We are looking for an **Automation Developer** to join our IT team.

Reporting to the Intelligent Automation Practice Lead, this role forms part of our Automation Practice that is focused on delivering value to our Customers and Internal Staff leveraging Automation, AI, and RPA amongst other technologies.

**What you'll do day to day**
- Identify and solve business problems that result in FTE savings or growth for Tower
- Work with multiple technologies, including but not limited to;
- Microsoft stack: Azure (function & logic apps), Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint
- Low code solutions, such as Ushur (workflow automation & customer experience platform)
- ChatBot tools (Ambit, Zendesk) and language processing tools
- RPA (ideally Power Automate
- Work in cross functional teams both agile and traditional project in nature
- Collaborate both with the Automation team members, and with other teams at Tower to ensure changes are communicated, and subsequently delivered into production with no errors
- Work with the team, business analysts, and key business stakeholders to assist in backlog planning and estimation of work
- Maintain and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure high quality and performant deployments to production
- Ensure knowledge is retained leveraging Towers wiki (Confluence)

**The skills, knowledge and experience you'll need**:

- Delivering working software and processes with high quality
- A passion for learning new technologies and personal development
- Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal to all teams and stakeholders
- A growth mind-set
- An understanding of Microsoft's Technology Stack, and the Power Platform (Power
- Automate)
- Knowledge of cloud and cloud best practices is an advantage, preferably on Azure.
- Experience in Web Development, however training will be provided in the role
- An understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle with a particular emphasis and passion for agile software delivery
- A degree or relevant qualification in computing is desirable
- A team player - someone who works well in a team
