We're seeking a Wellington based Business Analyst with a strong technical and consulting background who's passionate about digital transformation and eager to grow into a Functional Consultant role within a global technology environment.

You'll act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams — helping translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions. While experience with Salesforce is a bonus, what matters most is your ability to think technically, understand complex systems, and work effectively within IT and consulting projects.

Working alongside experienced Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers, you'll gain hands-on exposure across the full delivery lifecycle — from discovery and requirements gathering through to design, testing, and implementation.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business and system requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and map business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the design and documentation of functional and technical solutions aligned to client goals.
  • Contribute to user stories, acceptance criteria, and test case development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile delivery teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Participate in structured training and mentoring to develop your platform and consulting skills.
What You'll Bring
  • ~3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst within IT or consulting environments.
  • Strong technical understanding — able to interpret and document system requirements and workflows.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to develop within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

    (Salesforce Admin 201, IIBA, or Agile BA certifications are advantageous.)
