The Role: Business Analyst - Where Technical Excellence Meets Business Strategy

We're seeking a seasoned Business Analyst who gets excited about database design and lives for those "aha" moments when complex problems meet elegant solutions.

This is more than just a job – it's an opportunity to grow, innovate, and make a lasting impact.  This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of turning into a permanent role.

You'll be:

  • Architecting and designing enterprise-class applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power  Platform
  • Translating business challenges into comprehensive requirements
  • Leading discovery workshops and solution design sessions with clients
  • Creating detailed database schemas and data models that scale
  • Performing detailed process analysis and optimization
  • Contributing to data migration strategies and design

Your Expertise:

  • 5+ years of business analysis experience
  • Strong database design and modelling capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform
  • Track record of delivering complex technical solutions
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with modern delivery methodologies
