Their Tauranga operation is a modern, high-volume depot network, connecting the Bay of Plenty to regional and national routes while supporting a fleet that includes electric buses as part of their sustainability initiatives.

The Role and What You'll Bring

As Service Delivery Manager, you'll lead a team of 160+ staff across three Tauranga depots, including supervisors and front-line drivers, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of bus services. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll manage performance, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven people leadership in a high-volume environment, ideally managing 50+ people including managers, with experience in performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution

• Background leading a large blue-collar workforce; transferable experience from supermarkets, warehouses, depots, or similar operational environments is valued

• Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with councils, community partners, or external suppliers to resolve operational or contractual matters
