We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Platform Manager to join our team on a permanent basis at our vibrant Head Office on Fanshawe Street, Auckland

In this role, you will lead platform management, develop and optimise customer journeys across multiple platforms, and manage, publish, and optimise content for Ai Search, GEO, and SEO to support business goals in line with digital growth targets while maintaining brand consistency and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute platform strategies aligned with customer journey mapping.
  • Plan comprehensive platform roadmaps and timelines for multiple websites.
  • Conduct thorough market research and perform competitor analyses.
  • Provide both technical and strategic leadership across our digital ecosystem.
  • Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of content on various digital platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with writers, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor content performance and identify areas for ongoing improvement.
  • Generate detailed reports on content effectiveness and offer insights for optimisation.
  • Lead workflow coordination among content creators, writers, and designers.
  • Stay informed of the latest developments in website and content applications.

With a strategic approach and a strong commitment to optimising customer journeys and digital experiences, you excel at aligning platform strategies with organisational objectives. You develop comprehensive roadmaps, conduct market analysis, and lead both technical and strategic projects. You are adept at creating, editing, and publishing content across multiple platforms, collaborating effectively to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality results, with a particular focus on leveraging AI to improve user experience.

As a brand advocate, you uphold consistency, manage workflow processes, and mentor team members. Your proactive mindset, adaptability, and dedication to staying informed about digital trends consistently contribute to driving organisational value.

A few other key attributes will be:

  • Over four years of experience in digital platform management, demonstrating expertise in user journey mapping and content optimisation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital platform development, management, and optimisation practices.
  • Experienced in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, with knowledge of digital development tools such as CMS, CRM, and analytics platforms.
  • Skild in leading and identifying user stories and customer journeys to drive platform success.
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams dedicated to digital platform excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex digital platform concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Responsible for managing digital platform budgets and ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present digital platform strategies and performance to stakeholders.
