Are you a senior level Graphic Designer with agency experience and looking to join one of the most loved and successful advertising and brand agencies in NZ?

We are looking for an experienced, innovative design thinker, maker, and enthusiast to join this global, award-winning, cross-disciplinary design company.

Someone who embraces problems and employs strategic, user-centered thinking to deliver elegant ideas and solutions that cut through the clutter, connect to people, and culture and drive positive brand transformation for their clients.

As a Senior Designer you will have 5+ years of design studio experience and need to be an expert hands-on craftsperson. You value modern design simplicity as an approach to delivering clear, laser-sharp, fit for purpose work. You value utility and beauty equally.

This role gives you the opportunity to create brands and systems that span disciplines, touch points and categories. You will be expected to create work that moves culture and enriches the creative industry. Your ideas will challenge comfort zones, but you know how to bring people along on the journey.

You will be engaged on multiple projects from briefing through to execution, encouraging design colleagues, and supporting the Executive Design Director, ensuring world class creative outcomes worthy of people’s time and attention.

You will work closely with account directors and strategists, take the lead on design projects, and nurture the ideas of others, always raising the level of the work, ensuring the highest level of craft, from idea through to execution. You will be keen to lean in and grow younger talent along the way.

You are motivated and self-guided, committed to the culture of a growing creative company, and to play a leadership role on an ambitious team; able to work with cross-disciplinary groups of creatives, strategists, writers, and makers to conceive, execute, and deliver beautiful, thoughtful, and impactful creative solutions.

Projects you will work on include naming and brand creation, brand systems design and guidelines, product packaging, designed content, wayfinding, art direction for stills and motion. Experience in retail and spatial design, website, and mobile app design or UX experience is a bonus.

There is no limit to what you will be able to dream up and make as a member of this creative team.
