About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at our Thames Branch, you will pride yourself on exceptional service and delivery to our customers in a timely, professional, and safe manner. This is a fast-paced role where your adaptability and versatility will be key to our branch.

  • Identify the right products quickly and efficiently, serving customers at the counter, assisting on the shop floor and processing sales documentation.
  • Maintain a seamless store experience by accurately processing sales refunds, maintaining high levels of showroom standards, and displaying 100% accuracy to ensure the correct account and product is charged.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to outstanding customer service and support and have the following skills and qualities:

  • A team player with the right attitude.
  • A real people person with a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience working in customer service.
  • Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
