Fairview Motors is a family-owned business that has been servicing the needs of Waikato motorists since 1967. Fairview Motors are a multi award winning dealership that prides itself on customer service. Fairview Motors represent both the Ford and Mazda brands.
We are seeking a customer focused Service Advisor to join our dedicated team, where your passion, pride and a positive, "can do" attitude will be appreciated and rewarded. A Service Advisor is the front of house to our service department, being the conduit between customers and our workshop.
The role:
- You will work as part of the Service Team
- Receiving customers at the time of vehicle drop-off and confirming required work
- Providing written repair estimates for repairs or service work required
- Costing of retail service and repair invoices
- Explanation of repair invoices to customers at vehicle collection
- Processing of customer payment for invoices
- Constant monitoring of daily repair orders and keeping customers informed of progress or any delays.
- Daily administrative duties to enable the smooth efficient operation of the workshop.
- Offer the highest standard of customer service to ensure every customer visit is first class and enjoyable for our customers
- Exceed the customer satisfaction targets of our brand partners
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Be customer focused and enjoy people interaction
- Strong attention to detail in a busy environment
- Work well in a team environment
- Exceptional communication & organisational skills
- A confident, well-mannered customer approach
- Tech-savvy using multiple platforms
- Full clean driver's License
