About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Legal Personal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years' legal experience to provide support to our property team.

You will pride yourself on delivering an excellent client experience for the people you support by carrying out your role in a professional, friendly, timely and accurate manner.

A strong level of administration and Microsoft 365 skills, an accuracy focus and a genuine and motivated desire to provide excellent client service is essential.

Key responsibilities:

· Secretarial and administrative support including:

o   Transcribe dictation/word processing

o   Assist with accurate and timely billing

o   Open new clients and matters in accordance with firm policy

o   Provide AML support to fee earners

o   Assist with property documents and transactions

o   Organise and maintain document management systems

o   Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional client service

Skills and experience required:

· A minimum of 2 years' legal secretary experience

· Conveyancing experience advantageous

· A genuine interest in supporting people

· Proficient in the Microsoft 365 Suite

· High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail

· Strong time-management and prioritisation skills

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
