- A first-class opportunity has just arisen for an experienced Trusts and Estates Legal Secretary. Our client, a full-service practice with a stylish city office, is seeking a proficient and enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their team. You will be joining a friendly firm who can provide a supportive and rewarding environment in which you can flourish.
Our client is seeking an experienced, client focused and approachable Legal Secretary. You will be working alongside one other Secretary, supporting the Trusts and Estates team. The team has a prominent reputation and are passionate about providing great outcomes for their clients. In this role you will be assisting with office administration, managing calendars, dictation, preparing legal documentation, document management and billing. There is also the ability to grow in this role in the future if desired.

Selection criteria
- To be successful you will:
- Have had previous Legal Secretarial experience;
- Be proficient at assisting with Estate and Trust or Private Client matters;
- Be familiar working with legal practice management systems; and
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.

Role overview
- A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and approachable Property / General Practice Legal Secretary. Our client, a boutique practice located on the periphery of the CDB, is seeking a proficient and enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their team. You will be supporting three authors, all of whom pride themselves in offering an attentive and professional service to clients. Your role will involve assisting with conveyancing files - including initial letters, preparation of e-dealing and security documents, settlement preparation, typing dicta-phone correspondence and the drafting of wills and power of attorney documentation.
