About the Role

As a Cabinet Maker at Aone, you'll work in our in-house manufacturing team, building and finishing high-end joinery components for kitchens and interiors. You'll be hands-on in the factory, bringing unique designs to life with precision and care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Constructing custom cabinetry to design specifications
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings accurately
  • Ensuring proper alignment, fit, and finish of all components
  • Using tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshooting and solving issues during production
  • Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and detail

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in cabinet making
  • Good physical health and ability to lift up to 20kg from ground to chest height
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Great attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Clear communication skills for working with others in the team
  • Knowledge of materials and techniques used in kitchen/interior joinery
  • A problem-solving mindset and a practical approach to challenges
