**Duty Manager - Food to go**

Unveiling a brand-new chapter in Mount Maunganui, we proudly introduce 4 Square Mount Maunganui Nestled at the very heart of this vibrant locale, is our newly built 4 Square store that will offer barista made coffee, great food-to-go selection, all the everyday essentials and fresh faves that our customers could want, and all while providing the local service that 4 Square is famous for. We are a family run business and have our people and community at the heart of our store.

With our official opening set for October, we are seeking a **Food to go Duty Manager** to join our new team. You’ll be working alongside a strong team and Owner Operators to help deliver a shopping experience that is second to none.

**The Role**:

- Provide a high level of customer service and assisting customers where needed - primarily in Foot to go but also across other departments when needed.
- Manage the Food to go offerings; preparing chickens, pies, and sandwiches and ensuring the food to go cabinets are well stocked and presented to a high standard.
- Ensure a consistently fresh & appealing shopping experience for customers.
- Help deliver on financial performance targets including budgets, wastage, and sales forecasting.
- Work Tuesday
- Saturday 6.00am-2.00pm

**What are we looking for**:
Prior experience in Hospitality, Deli, or production cooking is advantageous
- While supervisory or managerial experience is a plus, your potential is not tied to it.
- Reliability, integrity, and a team player
- Self-starter aptitude and a flair for seamlessly transitioning between diverse departments are your forte.
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
