We're Hiring - Cafe All Rounder and Baristas at Columbus Coffee Dunedin

What You'll Be Doing

Barista

  • Craft consistently high quality espresso coffee and other beverages
  • Dial in the grinder and adjust extractions to maintain flavour and consistency
  • Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service at the till
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace and coffee station
  • Work collaboratively with the team to keep service running smoothly

All-Rounder

  • Jump in across all areas of the café including coffee, cabinet food, till, and customer service
  • Prepare and serve delicious food and beverages with care and consistency
  • Keep the café clean, organised, and running smoothly
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a smile
  • Support the team during busy rushes and work together to deliver great experiences
About You
  • Friendly, reliable, and great under pressure
  • Enjoys working in a team and helping out wherever needed
  • Previous café or barista experience is a bonus, but not essential
  • Keen to learn and grow your skills across all areas of café operations
  • Flexibility to work weekends, and public holidays
