We're on the look out for a hands-on Project Manager who's great at keeping things running smoothly on-site and behind the scenes. If you've got project management experience, know your way around a construction site, and have a proven track record of delivering, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate resources, equipment, and staff by working closely with other project managers and the transport manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Monitoring progress and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Lead site meetings and liaise with clients and contractors

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within the earthmoving or civil construction industry
  • Strong understanding of earthworks, site preparation, and heavy machinery operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Valid driver's licence
