Octa Associates Ltd is a leading nationwide consultancy providing independent project management services to a wide range of clients.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Christchurch team, with a strong background in three waters, civil infrastructure, and roading projects.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in the building or civil infrastructure industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years' New Zealand experience in the commercial or construction sector, with proven project management experience in a consultancy environment.
  • Project Management, Design Consultancy, Contracts Management or multi sector experience is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in three waters, civil infrastructure, roading, and/or multi-sector projects is highly desirable.
  • Are a self-starter focused on exceeding client's expectations.
  • Have excellent written, verbal communication and numerical skills.
  • Sound computer literacy, MS Office Suite, MS Project.
  • Adaptable and keen to learn new skills to solve complex problems.
  • Strong prior consultant project management experience is essential.
