Our busy Glen Innes Veterinary Clinic, located inside the bustling Glen Innes Animates store, has a fun, dynamic and friendly vibe.

We are a passionate, tight-knit group with a strong focus on mental health and wellbeing, who work to support each other within the workplace and organise frequent social outings.

We are looking for a dedicated Client Care Coordinator, to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Mondays to Fridays, form 8:30 to 5:00pm.

About the role:

This is a fantastic, opportunity for a bubbly and compassionate customer service superstar to run the reception of our busy clinic.

No one day is the same in busy vet clinic life, however, you can expect to be answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing customer requests, and processing sales, as well as assisting customers with their product needs. You'll get to work alongside our team of Veterinarians and Vet Nurses to ensure our clients receive the very best customer service experience, every time.

The successful applicant should have:

  • A friendly personality combined with an excellent phone manner
  • Confidence to communicate effectively with our valued client base as well as within the close knit team within the clinic
  • Strong team player skills, be honest and ethical
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing priorities calmly and efficiently
  • Computer literate with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Experience in the Veterinary industry would be an advantage but not essential
  • And of course a passion for animals
