About Us

Southpac is a powerhouse in New Zealand's heavy trucking industry. As proud distributors and retailers for the legendary PACCAR brands – Kenworth, DAF, and TRP – we've experienced rapid growth across all four pillars of our business: Sales, Parts, Service, and Support. Now, we're looking for a motivated and energetic team player to join our new Dunedin based Tasman TRP store.

The Role

This is a customer-facing, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, their technicians, and key fleet clients — helping them source the right parts and products to keep New Zealand's PACCAR product moving.

Your day will include:

  • Delivering exceptional service and advice on parts and accessories
  • Assisting with purchasing and stock management
  • Maintaining a well-organised, safe and fully stocked parts store
  • Following procedures to ensure a seamless and professional service

  • Forklift licence (a plus, but not essential)

Previous customer service or sales experience is essential. Experience in the heavy vehicle industry is a bonus, but not required — a basic understanding of automotive parts will help you hit the ground running.
