Are you looking to join the leading IT-security business in Christchurch - we're looking for a person to join our team now.

Based in Christchurch, we are looking for an experienced senior technician, who can work on the tools, with the opportunity to also take on some sales work.

Our business focuses on delivering high-end bespoke solutions to all our clients, whether they are big or smaller businesses.

It's full-time and we are offering a highly competitive salary to the right person.

You'll need experience in the different security-system options

You'll ideally have a minimum of five years' experience in the IT-security industry

What you'll be doing

Documentation Management

  • Ensure accurate and detailed job process documentation, which will include ensuring customer records are kept up to date
  • Assisting to ensure that quotes are accurate and reflect the best needs of the customer
  • You'll also assist the management team in providing ideas for continuous improvement

Communication

  • You'll be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • You'll be reliable, punctual, and committed to high quality work

Installation

  • You'll have experience to install, program and service security systems including but not limited to –

  • IP and analogue intercoms

  • IP CCTV Systems with analytical interfaces
  • Alarm / Intruder systems
  • Access control systems – Gallagher / Inception / Protégé
  • Gate automation
  • Fibre and copper data systems
  • Wireless data systems, wireless bridges / infrastructure
