We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance and Environmental Manager to join our team.**

The Quality Assurance and Environmental Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the company's quality management system and environmental management system are compliant with relevant standards and regulations. This role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality and environmental policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that these policies and procedures are effectively communicated to all employees. Additionally, the Quality Assurance and Environmental Manager will be responsible for leading the company's continuous improvement initiatives in quality and environmental management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and maintain the company's quality and environmental policies and procedures
- Ensure that the company's quality and environmental management systems are compliant with relevant standards and regulations
- Lead and support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the company's quality and environmental management systems
- Implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives in quality and environmental management
- Communicate quality and environmental policies and procedures to all employees
- Train and educate employees on quality and environmental management systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and customers
- Prepare and submit reports on quality and environmental performance to senior management
- Assist with building Iplex’s safety culture and ensure that your team complies with all safety regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, environmental management or a related field
- Proven experience in quality and environmental management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in implementing and maintaining quality and environmental management systems, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in quality and environmental management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, together with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
