Export Logistics Coordinator

Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Export Logistics Manager, we are looking for an Export Logistics Co-ordinator to process and dispatch Vitaco stock transfers, International and Contract customer orders and keep relevant stakeholders informed of the status of orders through the process.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Completing export documentation
  • Coordinating import/export permits and export certificates
  • Working closely with nominated freight forwarding partners
  • Monitoring production schedules and releases of finished product to be exported
  • Communicating relevant information regarding shipments, outstanding permits or issues to key stakeholders
  • Providing support to our International Market Managers along with maintaining our customer database

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • A practical approach – always thinking ahead, prioritising quickly, and eliminating roadblocks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Customer service experience in an NZ exporting/shipping environment would be preferable
  • Experience in the FMCG industry, and with Navision or other MRP software would be advantageous
