Mo te tūranga | About the Role:
The Data & Analytics team is impressive. A truly capable team who are passionate about data and how it can be used to create insights that drive business decisions. We are looking for an Insights Specialist to support the Manage My Money Tribe to deliver sound data-based insights and dashboards on a range of customer and product questions and problems. As a Specialist your insights and solutions will come from your superb data analysis skills, including strong analytics, statistical modelling and data visualisation.

This role needs someone that is dedicated, naturally curious, proactive and analytical minded. It requires an individual with a passion and ability to query, synthesise and deliver actionable insights.

Other Skills & Experience

  • Advanced analytical skills, able to work with complex data to deliver meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Experience exploring data questions and developing data pipelines in a SQL/Snowflake/dbt environment.
  • Dashboard builds using PBI and/or Tableau.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate on solutions with stakeholders.
  • Outcome orientated, persistence to challenge the status quo and deliver customer results.
  • Digital analytics experience in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is an advantage.
