This role is perfect for you if you're someone who takes pride in what you do, works well both in a team and autonomously and has experience operating machinery, preferably in a joinery factory.

About the Role

Working alongside a great team, you'll be:

  • Operating the CNC and Edgebander, monitoring the quality of output and rectifying any issues.
  • Coordinate work flow, working with the Factory Lead to produce jobs on time.
  • Proactively troubleshoot any faults and solve problems as they arise.
  • Ensuring basic machine maintenance.
  • Ensuring your work area is clean and organised.
  • 40 hours per week

What we're looking for from you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • The ability to read plans and understand measurements.
  • Computer skills a must.
  • Mechanical aptitude would be ideal.
  • A forklift licence would be an advantage.
