Our client, a leading cardboard manufacturing company, is looking for reliable and motivated Forklift/Machine Operators to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable, long-standing company offering consistent hours and overtime opportunities.

Duties include:

  • Operating counterbalance forklifts for loading machines, stacking paper rolls. (You will be trained on a clamp attachment for the corrugator machine)
  • Keeping track of production, job sheets and ensuring the machine operators receive the correct products.
  • Asset with organizing customer orders, placing them in the correct areas for dispatch
  • Assisting with machine operation and production processes
  • Performing general yard and warehouse tasks
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

About You:

  • Experienced and confident operating a counterbalance forklift - OSH and F required.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Have reliable transport to get to and from work
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work Saturdays at least once a month.

Available Shifts: Monday-Friday with Saturday shifts.

  • Morning Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm (overtime available from 5:30am)
  • Afternoon Shift: 12:00pm - 8:00pm (overtime available prior to 12:00pm)
  • Night Shift: 3:50pm - 11:50pm (overtime available until 1:50am)
