We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team at Legrand NZ's head office based in Glenfield, Auckland.

Legrand has a presence in more than 90 countries and a workforce of more than 39,000 people globally, we are specialists in designing and manufacturing products for electrical and digital building infrastructures. In New Zealand, Legrand delivers an innovative suite of residential and commercial product solutions.

You'll be the go-to person for our customers — processing orders, resolving enquiries, and finding smart solutions with confidence and care. What You'll Do

· Process customer orders, claims, and enquiries accurately and efficiently

· Deliver prompt, courteous service over the phone

· Support customers with product knowledge

· Resolve delivery or claim issues quickly and effectively

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes

We are looking for a customer service person who is dedicated to maintaining our commitment to providing the highest quality services to our customers.

What You'll Bring

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Great communication and time management skills

· Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude

· Confident with computer systems and data entry

· Bonus: Salesforce or ERP experience and/or electrical industry knowledge
