**About the role**

As a Mandarin Speaking Trade Sales Support team member at our Glenfield Branch, you will work alongside our account managers and wider team to service our trade customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable New Zealand Leading Market Company and work with a collaborative and supportive team where you will be given every opportunity to develop your career, all whilst having fun along the way.
- Fulfil customer orders a correctly and resolve any issues quickly.
- Coordinate with transport providers to organise timely delivery to customers.
- Organise buy-ins and follow up on backorders to make sure nothing is missed.
- Provide top-notch customer service by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.

- ** Mandarin Speaking is a MUST**:

- Accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience working in customer service or a sales environment.
- Building industry knowledge is advantageous.
