About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Adviser to join our client's dynamic automotive team in Glenfield. If you thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment, enjoy helping customers, and have strong automotive knowledge, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
  • Book in vehicles and manage daily service schedules
  • Accurately interpret customer concerns and communicate them to the workshop team
  • Prepare quotes, raise repair orders, and follow up on work in progress
  • Provide clear updates on service/repair status
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and customer expectations are met
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Service Adviser or in a similar automotive role
  • Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Confident using computer-based booking and invoicing systems
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
