We're on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer who can blend creativity with strategic data-driven decision making, and deliver thoughtful, polished design work across a wide range of projects.

About the role

This is a UX/UI Digital Design role within our fun-loving, results-focused agency. You'll work across websites, apps and portals, focusing on optimising for audiences, user flows, UI/UX best practice, and accessibility.

This is a varied role where you can also expect to work across designing assets for digital marketing campaigns, branding projects, and more.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Dive into a mix of digital design projects including websites, brand assets, marketing collateral and prototypes.
• Be challenged to push your design rationale from both a user experience and client brief perspective
• Turn briefs into wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, taking feedback onboard and evolving ideas through iteration.
• Work directly with clients on scoping, workshops, reviews, and feedback sessions when required.
• Create user-centered solutions by leveraging UX principles, user research, and usability testing.
• Balance creativity with practicality, producing designs that align with client goals, scope, timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, account managers, and other designers to deliver standout results.
• Work across multiple projects and adjust quickly when priorities shift.
• Keep up with design trends, accessibility standards and best practices, continuously improving your craft.

About you

You're a thoughtful designer with 3+ years of experience under your belt, ideally with some time spent in a digital or creative agency environment.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Strong UX and UI design capability across web and digital experiences
• High proficiency in Figma and the Adobe suite
• Ability and confidence to communicate clearly with clients through email, video, and in person meetings
• Understanding of information architecture to create best practice sitemaps and content hierarchies
• Confidence working with and learning the boundaries of AI tools and technology to assist your designs
• Experience working within brand guidelines, and adapting print guidelines to digital systems
• Experience working within a scope of works, understanding limitations and how time and budget impact design choices
• Experience working within website CMS platforms for content and styling purposes (Statamic, Shopify, Wordpress, Webflow, and Squarespace ideally)
• The ability to take and apply feedback constructively from multiple stakeholders
• Confident communication skills for presenting work and guiding discussions both with the internal team, and with clients
• The ability to work at pace when needed, and across multiple jobs while keeping quality high
• A solutions and initiative driven mindset with solid problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• An appreciation for how development and marketing requirements influence design decisions, plus an understanding of how design choices impact development time
