My client is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Quotes & Invoicing Administrator to join our busy team in the building and construction sector. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and processing quotes, purchase orders, and invoices accurately and on time
- Assisting with supplier pricing and cost tracking to support project profitability
- Managing timesheets, job codes, and documentation to ensure seamless project administration
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of site and office staff – from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and preparing contracts
- Providing general administrative support to the operations and project teams
What we're looking for:
- Experience in administration, accounts, or coordination within the construction or trades sector
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
- Excellent communication and organisation skills – you'll be liaising with both office staff and people on the tools
- A team player with initiative, who can juggle priorities and meet deadlines
- Previous exposure to recruitment or HR coordination is a bonus
