About the Role

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? Ricoh New Zealand is seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Administrator to join our Auckland team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our warehouse administration, ensuring inventory records are accurate, documentation is completed efficiently, and customer queries are handled with care. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation for stock movements, returns, and exports.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and code incoming invoices.
  • Coordinate freight bookings, charges, and customer follow-ups.
  • Respond to internal queries and support other departments as needed.
  • Ensure a safe, tidy, and organised warehouse environment.
  • Contribute to quality goals and foster positive working relationships.
