Matt Barker is a well-respected specialist orthodontist looking for someone to take over his small but very busy reception.

We are looking for someone who is professional, vibrant, and energetic.

You will be the key point of contact for any for all queries. This practice prides itself on it's strong customer service and professionalism, so you will have fantastic communication skills and the ability to make people feel welcome and special.

This role requires a high degree of responsibility, maturity, accuracy and common sense.

The receptionist plays an extremely important role in creating the right impression both on the phone and in person.

Ideally you will come from a reception or office management background in the dental or medical sector, however this is a desire only.

You will be a capable multi tasker, adept at financial reconciliations, and IT literate with an ability to learn an orthodontic software package (orthotrac).

This role will suit someone with a friendly, cheerful personality and enjoys the challenge of frontline service.

This permanent position is part time Monday -Thursday (32 hours) commencing in January 2026.
