We're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator who is excited to combine people skills with admin know-how to keep our operations humming.

What you'll be doing:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers – answering queries, processing orders, and making sure they feel valued and supported.
  • Providing top-notch support to our sales team – preparing quotes, following up on enquiries, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.
  • Managing all bookkeeping, reconciling, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Handling admin like a pro – keeping records tidy, systems updated, and ensuring information is where it needs to be.
  • Juggling priorities with a smile and helping make sure our customers and team always get the best experience.

What we're looking for:

  • A people person who loves building relationships and solving problems.
  • An admin rockstar Organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and Xero.
  • Someone with great communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Confident with computers and systems (experience with CRM systems a bonus).
  • Positive energy, a team-first attitude, and a drive to get things done.
